Yesterday I got the chance to talk with Johnny Jones about his life in basketball. What an amazing person. I learned about a night at the Tad Pad where 2 players went for 50 and some games between Coach Davis’ teams and Coach Jones’ teams. I’m so grateful for Coach Jones.
I loved spending the day with Stacy Hollowell. I got to know Coach Hollowell during his time at Ole Miss. I really enjoyed my time with him and his kids. He so smart and has such a great basketball mind. I loved watching film with Coach Hollowell today and meeting everyone at TSU
My visit to the Palestra was incredible. There was so much college basketball played there. I love all of the exhibits about the Big 5 teams and the famous players and coaches that were there. Penn Men's Basketball is a really good team. They share the ball so well.
I really enjoyed my trip to Ingomar last night to see Gray Spencer coach. The team looked really good. I bet Gray is an awesome 6th grade math teacher. It was so nice to see Mr. Spencer too. I hope Ingomar has a great season.
The Tad Pad was awesome last night. Ole Miss Men’s Basketball is 4-0. I got to sit with Glenn Wakefield in the 1st half and Pierce Smith of the second half. I realize my dad was bad luck, we were -15 with my dad next to me. 😂. Next stop Philadelphia.
Congratulations Michael Van Hooser on your first win as a head coach. I’m so happy for you.
Thank you Brad Anderson for spending time with me after the game Saturday. I know you don’t love my Ole Miss basketball gear 😂 but I was wearing my powder blue space game gear Sunday. I always look forward to seeing you, you make my trips to UCF so much better.
So I may have stormed the field last night after the UCF game. It was awesome, but crazy. I am so happy for John Rhys Plumlee. This was the last time I will get to see him play a college football game. John Rhys is so important to me. I love his energy and his positivity.
