Let’s not choose our friends based solely on peer association or visual and social similarities.

The capacity to see deeper than our eyes can look will broaden our circle and we’ll embrace people we would have previously never seen.

Make good use of your gift of discernment.

Keep it moving and live your own life to fullest.

Make big moves, crush your goals, conquer territories.

Be the one they’re talking about, not the one making noise.

It’s time to mature and get out of other people’s business. If you have to ask people what happened, it’s because you aren’t relevant to the situation.

Those who need to know certainly know.

If you don’t know, it’s because it’s either not relevant to you or you aren’t responsible enough to know.

Stop acting like you know what you don’t know and most definitely, you need to stop talking about what you don’t know.

Make sure you are in a good mental and emotional space when you enter social media and read some people’s posts.

Don’t pick up their offense and disdain for someone or something and carry that heavy weight as if it’s yours.

We all have our own load to carry.

Relationships don’t usually break apart because of a sudden crash.

The deterioration starts with simple offenses that go unaddressed, minor disrespect that’s tolerated and the slow divergence of paths and vision.

Don’t allow fear and people’s selfish desires to control your life and turn you into their puppet.

Remaining friends with someone whom your community has turned their back on is powerful!

The decision of who you have in your circle is entirely yours to make.

You risk losing closeness with some people in your community, but, your heart is free and your integrity is in tact.

Rejection is oftentimes an indication that you are expending your energy and depositing your uniqueness in an unsuitable place.

Don’t see it as a reflection of your inability or unworthiness. See it as an opportunity to awake and find a loving environment where you can thrive.

If you keep pretending that you aren’t hurting, you deny yourself the opportunity to heal.

Acknowledgment of the pain isn’t acceptance of it, it’s simply the awareness that this current pathway won’t make it better and it’s time to find out what will.

You can be a lot more effective in leadership when you treat people with the tools of love, empathy and kindness instead of the tools of control and command.

Both work, but one builds bridges while the other burns them.
