Make a list of your people and then identify a strength and a perspective each brings to your organization. Outside-the box thinking? problem solving? sythesizing? Devil's advocacy? Playfulness? Capitalize on those gifts.

Select one person in your organization - your family or your business. How might you deepen the relationship you have with this person? How will you carve out the time to make the necessary conversations happen? What evidence will you accept that the relationship is stronger?

So what is it you do to invite people into your organization? How do you get to know and understand them? What does each aspire to be? How do you know that?
