This is the representation Care Experienced people want and deserve.
#FreeLoavesonFridays is such a beautiful and very much needed book. 🤍
A book I needed to read when I was younger. I hope it brings about love for Care Experienced people.
Thank you Rebekah Pierre
And thank you to the 100 Care Experienced voices I get to read over the next few days 🩷

Feels important to share I recently got diagnosed with something I’ve known about myself for quite sometime.
Getting an autism diagnosis has been massively validating and I feel like I’ve finally started to accept who I am and the way my brain works 🩷
#WorldAutismAcceptanceDay
i struggle with days like #WorldAutismAcceptanceDay because it can feel a bit icky to be ‘meaningful on demand’, but discovering that i was autistic was truly the single most defining moment of my entire existence
Jumping back on for a brief moment to send love to all who are Care Experienced and/or Estranged today.
Today is my first #MothersDay where I have felt genuine joy. Truly can’t wait to meet the tiny human growing away safely.

Beautiful speech by Samantha Morton 🤍
Representation like this is unbelievably important for care experienced people.
We are more than the negative research and statistics. We are human beings with beautiful stories and lives 🤍
Celebrating #CareDay24 from down under this year. As a young person who grew up in foster care for over 12 years, I have always had a dream of travelling to Australia and living there for a while. The dream for many years seemed far-fetched, but this year, it came true. 1/
There’s no one face of someone who’s spent time in foster care, just like there’s no one face of the legal profession (or any other career). This #CareDay24 I want to challenge assumptions of both and celebrate how different life experiences enrich us all. Happy Care Day 😘
