I saw one of these heading down the wrong side of the road on Clerkenwell Road today.
If it needs car tyres on the front, that suggests a lot of weight is being carried, so what kind of weight is this legally allowed to be, whithout having to show number plates?

Why are commerical deliveries allowed to happen in unmarked cargo-quad-bikes?
Makes me think it's the same reason why deliveroo riders on illegal ebikes wear face masks, even in good weather.
