Main costs player related. Wages slightly up but amortisation down by 1/3 as players departed. £5m of money due from previous owner that was written off in 21/22 recovered as part of deal to sell club.

When BTA plays we may well miss a striker, but when BTA doesn’t play we do miss BTA. His usefulness in our system is extremely underrated. Same can go for Townsend too

Strange that the Chinese ownership kept hold of one of the companies within the club’s old structure. Assume everything Albion related was transferred to the companies now with the new ownership. The company they’ve retained has been renamed and still has a club related charge.

On the Dike matter. Initially very agitated, something isn’t right with him or club. Club always been good with injuries. But I think the only things we need to focus on are his wellbeing and how we can get him a career. Still only young and got to be returns in there.
