Teachers have known for a long time how social media is hurting our kids. Suddenly it’s an item of conversation? If I was ruler of education I would ban cell phones in schools. They need a break from the dopamine and distractions.

I am not an avid reader. Honest share here- I never read a novel until 12th grade Now when I read for fun I become sad as I finish the book. Thinking of books I missed when I was younger. Anyone feel the same?
