New from me: Victor Zhora was Ukraine's cyber ambassador to the West. Now that he's been fired, what happens to the digital security alliance he helped assemble?

'I hope it doesn't have any impact on [the U.S.-Ukraine cyber] partnership,' Zhora told me.

The lead prosecutor of the Int'l Criminal Court quietly wrote in an article (and his office confirms) that he will investigate/prosecute war crimes committed via hacking.

No mention of Russia/Sandworm. But every reason to think they'll be the first case.

(I will be listening and hyping ASAP!)
