No one ever talks about LOOK WHAT'S HAPPENED TO ROSEMARY'S BABY, the 1976 TV movie sequel. And, watching it, I pretty much understand why.

I think this is right - it's interesting how Tracy/Hepburn and Burton/Taylor don't quite fit into either of these categories, even though you'd think they'd be natural ones for any Hollywood ubercouple (and of course Liz/Dick aren't quite 'classical')
