ktla.com/news/local-new… 45 people died in LA county jail last year. Mostly because the sheriff's are to preoccupied acting tough and indifferent and/or in the back shooting steroids. But hey, who's gonna police the police? Surely not sheriff Luna.

ktla.com/news/local-new… 4 billion dollar budget and the gang members employed at the LA county sheriff's department can't afford enough buses to transport inmates to court. Why? Cuz it all goes to there bloated salaries. Sheriff Luna could care less & just kicks the can/bus ..

nytimes.com/interactive/20… here's how out of touch the LAADDA is: The top 2 vote getters for los Angeles DA are George Gascón and Nathan Hochman. Hochman isn't even a prosecutor from the DA's office. He is the failed Ca attorney general candidate.

calmatters.org/justice/2024/0… Why is the dept of corrections the only agency whose budget increases when there's decreases in inmates? Because the prison guard union pays off every politician in Sacramento. But since they wear a badge of course theres no impropriety.

abc7.com/los-angeles-di… john McKinney says the office is in dysfunction and it use to be a well oiled machine. Lol. A machine that rubber stamped life sentences for nearly everything in the penal code? The machine needed repairs.. rebuilt. The LAADDA is the machine.

sacbee.com/news/politics-… Why would the states general budget fund 15,000 empty beds in CA prisons while a 70+ billion dollar deficit looms? Because if the greedy prison guard union that's priorities are on keeping prisons full and open instead of rehabilitation and cost cutting.

ktla.com/news/local-new… The bitterness & vengeance if the LAADDA is poignant. I can only conjecture the manner at which they go after defendants they dislike. Terms such as excessive revenge punitive and over the top come to mind. Union dues are law enforcement weapons of choice

latimes.com/california/sto… Sheriff Luna critical of the inspector generals report of the existence of deputy gangs instead of accepting responsibility. Business as usual from LASD..

herald-review.com/news/state-reg… What do some judges on the bench do when they have disdain for new criminal justice reform laws? They simply shun the law. And let appeals sort things out. After all, most were former prosecutors.

Voting to deny parole to a quadrapalegic who is incarcerated for burglary. At 8 % parole rate they got California beat. And the LAADDA wants to complain about Gascons policy? Lol!
