I think the difference in male vs female thought is evidenced very plainly by the fact that men often suggest a hike as a first date and women often suggest some kind of activity in a populated/public place.

I’ve had guys genuinely baffled when I say I don’t prefer to hike alone…

Exactly this. If Ofsted is serious about reducing toxic stress there really must be clarity over expectations. The subjectivity ramps up pressure.

Jo Cornish I tell my A level pupils every year that if they fail their exams they will still continue to live and enjoy their lives. They will just reroute. So fed up with the nonsense spoken about exams.

I remember when there was enormous peer pressure to wear your tie short in school. I was press ganged by people to “conform”. Weirdly, my school chose to tackle the bullying rather than banning ties! It’s almost like they were trying to educate us or something……

When you see the headlines about Councils heading for insolvency and much of the blame being put on ‘SEND DEMAND’, remember that over £100,000,000 was spent by councils in a year, losing SENDist tribunals.
