Another failed attempt to keep customers happy.

iPhone : During this time, I must use my wife’s vehicle to travel to work and home. That leaves her home with 4 children and NO vehicle in case of emergency. My new vehicle has been sitting at the rail yard in Portland for more than a month. Still waiting. Why?!?

iPhone : General Motors Please help me understand why it takes in excess of 60 days for a new vehicle to reach its destination? I’ve signed paperwork and purchased a new Silverado on 9/29 which was “in transit” from the factory on 9/7 according to the invoice. As of today, still no vehicle!
