#topoli The answer, ‘I can’t comment on a case before the courts’ was always available to John Tory, whether or not he sought out the ruling, and *still* he opted to take the low road.

With all this discussion about accountability for cops who are alleged to have lied on the stand, a reminder of the value of local journalism: in 2012, after a Toronto Star investigation, the Ontario government created a system for reviewing such cases.
