Thanks to LAUSD’s COBA Conference yesterday, I finally met and witnessed the fire of Principal Kafele. One of my many takeaways: Equity means “Meeting them where they are, as they are.” I won’t be the same after yesterday. New fire! New inspiration to close out my year. 🔥🔥🔥
