Hello, it is ages since I posted. Life has been hectic, but the garden grows.

#roses This year is the hard prune year. I skipped pruning last year due to my escalator event, where I got pushed over in the rush hour. Then the wet Summwr of heat and, rain and humidity meant it was a poor year for roses. So hard prune, early spray and big feed. Ruthless!

Asked daughter to make a mozzarella and tomato salad. Outstanding.

#Passiflora ‘Crimson Tears’ =(P. ‘Pura Vida* x P. amethystina) x P. gritensis has to be one of the most beautiful passionflower hybrids ever raised(by Dr Roland Fischer). It’s not hardy&a bit temperamental but if it flowers it’s an ‘invite the neighbours round’ occasion

It has been a long while since I posted. Life, work a few dramas...but still gardening. Today is dryish and I have to get this selection of stunning tulips, daffodils, Peony Tulips and Scilla in to liven up Spring.
