UCLA had students and journalists arrested this morning just for being on campus before 6 a.m. But they welcome these guys. A lot of these institutions can't call themselves schools anymore. They're just little police state hedge funds.

I watched as student’s rights were trampled upon this morning. All day, really. I watched folks illegally detained, searched, denied bathrooms, hurt, belongings stolen. And I’m just getting started with this list.

Today’s events at UCLA show that we are under police occupation by orders from our administration. These are not conditions under which faculty can teach or students can learn. These are not conditions that can be normalized or accepted. Here are the minimum demands of faculty:
