..the mixture bit by bit. let the bread absorb, then add kidogo kidogo until the bread is completely soaked, soft and with little to no mixture floating in the casserole dish. That way, it will bake perfectly.

This is the most important part of this recipe.

Allow this to bake at 180 for 40-45 minutes until just set. It will rise and swell up. Incase the top burns too fast before the center sets, cover with a foil – shiny side up – to allow it to finish baking without the top burning youtu.be/zzVecZ4ItqQ

As that was baking, I decided to use the remaining blueberries and make a blueberry syrup. In my sufuria, the blueberries, some sugar, a squeeze of lemon juice and a splash of water. Simmer on low and once the berries burst, continually mix till thick youtu.be/zzVecZ4ItqQ
