A study from UCL researchers supported by our EpiArts Lab looked at the impact of hobby engagement- like arts, crafts and gardening- across 16 countries🇯🇵🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿🇺🇸

With data from 16 nations, totalling over 93,000 participants, we examined how having a hobby might affect the health of ppl over 65. We learnt that having a hobby can be good for #mentalhealth , happiness & life satisfaction.
