Women, no one let on that this is our ‘I wonder how we overthrow the patriarchy face’ and let them think we are day dreaming about cakes or whatever, THIS IS HOW WE TAKE OVER THE WORLD.

Perhaps the PM should address the fact that people are ‘too poor to eat’ & ‘too poor to heat their homes’ or the ‘collapsing state infrastructure on which the vulnerable depend’ which all slowly destroy the physical & mental health of every citizen except the most wealthy.

Can’t believe I’m posting this again! My eldest is MISSING. Going into the second night of her missing from her house. We believe she may be in the Shenley Church End area with an unknown man. If anyone sees her please DM me AND call Thames Valley Police who are looking for her

Another one of our Preceptees has been working very hard and helped to deliver the most babies at Milton Keynes University Hospital NHS FT in March! Well done Hannah, you’re a huge asset to our maternity 🎉

Why did you commit this act of vandalism against your computer?

You tried to add in a text box into a Word document which changed the formatting across 48 pages, randomly doubled your paragraph spacing & made half a table disappear irretrievably into a margin?

Case dismissed.

You are never, ever, ever ‘just’ a HCA. You are vital and valued and we wouldn’t be the team we are without your hard work, skill and care. Thank you to great people like Sharon who train, develop and empower our HCAs 💕

A few reasons why I’ve been late to see patients:

A child’s cancer relapsed, family devastated

An adolescent expressed suicidal intent

A child with life threatening anaphylaxis

Things that have never been the reason I was late:

Eating bon bons

Not valuing patients time

GP Anisha went to her own GP after experiencing tummy pains and changes to her poo. After further tests, she was diagnosed with stage 3 bowel cancer.

Her tumour was completely removed, and she is now cancer-free!

Truly commendable - please do read the thread. Really refreshing to see public recognition of when decisions aren’t the right ones, and the humility to say ‘we got this wrong, thank you for helping us do better.’ 👏🏼👏🏼 Amanda Pritchard Dr Navina Evans

When do prices fall? Or does that not happen once they have risen because profits have reset? So despite inflation falling do we just keep paying more forever or do prices fall at some point?
