Manuel lives with HIV and is reportedly being denied vital medicine. Terrence Higgins Trust warns this will have stark consequences, adding: 'The rights of people living with HIV should be protected at all costs.' Kate Osborne MP is now calling on the Foreign Office to help solve the case.
