Yousef Makki’s sister and barrister say they ‘finally have something to smile about’ after they won the right to have a judicial review into the findings of the 17-year-old’s inquest. He died after being stabbed in Hale Barns in 2019.

BREAKING: A judge has granted permission for a full judicial review into the inquest of a teenager who died after being stabbed. 17-yr-old Yousef Makki died in Hale Barns 2019. Last year an inquest concluded a narrative verdict. It's now been agreed it could be looked at again.

After watching #killedbyarichkid I couldn’t sleep at all. This is one of the saddest, documentary I’ve watched. His mum wanted justice for Yousef, unfortunately the UK legal system has failed Yousef’s family & working class people in the UK
