I've spent the past few days interviewing people and it has reminded me of why I loved leading the DfE Digital, Data and Technology recruitment team.

There are so many small things we can do to turn a nerve wracking situation into a kinder, accessible experience for people.

This week I completed Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training (ASIST).

I'd recommend the course for anyone who feels able to have open, trusting and direct conversations about suicide or for those who are supporting people who are feeling suicidal 💚🗣️
