I've realized I'd never make a good influencer because I'm over here going:

'Lemme show you how to grow your food, save your seeds, make your clothes, cook your own food, & re-use & repurpose everything you can!'

instead of saying, 'buy the newest jars/clothes/food!'

Oops? 🤭

THINGS MEN CAN (and should) DO THAT WOMEN DO

-talk about how they're feeling
-give hugs to their friends in greeting
-cry when they're sad
-cry when they're happy

What I'm saying is, these things don't make you less of a man--it makes you human.

And you're a lovely human. ❤️

A couple weeks ago I went to the Anzo-Borrego desert with my dad to see the super bloom!

Here's some pics, no filter needed! And one of my dad, because who doesn't love a mountain man hippie?!

He collects feathers and flowers gifted to him by nature & keeps them in his hat.

Tonight I forgot my phone & after 5 minutes of frustration I spent the next 2 1/2 hours not missing it at all.
Any way, I hope you guys find a time that enables you to not be near your phone for a bit.

I def. felt less anxious (after the initial 5 mins) without it!

Tonight my local museum Bowers Museum had a preview night of their newest attraction: Asian Comics!

They had AMAZING displays (ancient to modern) from India, Mongolia, Japan, China, Taiwan, Korea (North and South), the Philippines, & more!

I just spent half an hour flicking off slugs from my fruit trees and seedlings at midnight by phone light.
