Has anyone ever witnessed Kramer Onwuachi’s Tatiana taking reservations from “the public”? They seem to only seat VIPs and journalists. Or is it an imaginary restaurant? I’ve been trying to get a reservation of any size on any day for months.

Was so excited when T-Mobile sent me a text telling me I was eligible for free Hulu but then when I tried to sign up the system said I’m not eligible. T-Mobile is the most disorganized, dysfunctional company I’ve ever dealt with.

Entering my second month of trying to get a refund from T-Mobile for a phone I bought and immediately returned. Spent 4 hours on phone with them Tuesday, an hour tonight, and probably 40 total. They still can’t figure out how to give a refund.

Last night I was checking in on a guest list and someone in the lobby heard my name and said “Ken Foster? I have your books at home.” It’s been a while since I’ve been spotted by a reader. Lol

It’s been a week of trying to get Dutch to fill their own prescription for my dog. Now they say the medication—a common one—is no longer available from their pharmacy. But they still list it online. And my dog has been waiting nearly a week for treatment.

A few weeks ago, T-Mobile convinced me to buy a phone in store and return one that I’d already ordered from them that would be delivered to my home. So I paid for two phones. Today they told me that they are behind in issuing refunds and it may take a full month to process.

Found the solution to @att being unable to unlock my phone, which I paid for in full from them. Since they were unable to solve the mystery, I had to go buy a new phone from another provider. Expensive, but now I can receive calls.

Has anyone succeeded in having @att unlock your phone? How many days did it take? I’m on day three and was just told it could be another 48 hours. And that they need to investigate if the phone might be stolen; it is a phone they sold to me. Are they selling stolen merch?

I’ve been in a chat with AT&T since 7:43 this morning. And they still can’t unlock my phone.

Spent two hours online with AT&T agents who couldn’t figure out how to unlock my phone. They still haven’t figured it out, so I have no ability to make calls, call rides, or transmit medical alerts. And this is why I’m leaving ATT. So inept and yet also expensive.

Does MOHELA actually have anyone on the phones? I’ve been put on a permanent hold every day this week. This morning was told the wait would be six minutes—that was forty minutes ago.
