Lenox is one of BHA’s oldest and most historic public housing communities, and an anchor of housing affordability in Lower Roxbury. We were so proud to join Mayor Wu, Beacon Communities and our amazing residents to celebrate its transformation. The future of Lenox is bright!

On a 357-70 vote, the House just passed a bipartisan tax bill which includes our top #LIHTC priorities—restoring the 12.5% allocation increase & lowering the 50% bond financing threshold.

We applaud the House for taking this major step to address the #affordablehousing crisis.

Last week we joined Mayor Michelle Wu 吳弭, Boston Housing Auth. & others to celebrate the selection of Franklin Field Apartments in Dorchester as the site of our second geothermal pilot in Massachusetts.

Our collaboration with BHA will provide heating and cooling to 129 residential units.

It was exciting to join @mayorWu, Boston Housing Auth., partners and new homeowners at the Mayor's Holiday Celebration for Boston’s New Homeowners at the The UMass Club today. We are proud our #BostonHomeCenter 's Homebuyer Programs & funding helped 232 families buy homes in 2023.
