iPhone : And leaders, if you want your people to take care of themselves and take time off (and you absolutely should want this for them), you have to model it. Take time off, take care of yourself.

Leaders set the tone.

iPhone : It’s okay to take time off. Don’t buy into the lie of the #hustle culture. You aren’t falling behind. You’re not running their race, you’re running your race.

Like training for a marathon, rest days are crucial for performance.

Make time for you a priority.

iPhone : They can doubt you, it doesn’t matter. They can believe in you, it doesn’t matter.

Don’t live to prove others right or wrong. Live to become the best version of you, and to help others do the same.

iPhone : Leaders: you can’t just talk about it, you have to live it. Model the effort, attitude, habits, communication and mindset you expect from your team.
