'[Student loan relief] isn't canceling debt … It's transferring debt to taxpayers who have to pay it, who didn't go to college or saved up their money to go to college or work their way through college.'

The fact of the matter is this: it is not amongst the President's abilities to bypass Congress and earmark 100s of billions of dollars for what they see fit. This is called the 'Major Questions Doctrine,' and it is crucial to maintaining the separation of powers in our system.

Moments ago, I filed a lawsuit challenging Biden’s student loan forgiveness scheme. It’s not just unlawful. It’s wrong. I will explain more about the lawsuit at a press conference at 2PM.

The actions of the FDA are not only injurious to the unborn with dangerous consequences to the mothers, but also injurious to states' rights with dangerous consequences to our Constitution. In the wake of Dobbs, the regulation of abortion was returned to the states.

Thank you to the U.S. House for passing a bipartisan bill that puts national security first. Americans' TikTok data shouldn't be shared with the CCP in Beijing. KS is doing its part. My office is suing . Now the Senate should do its part. ksnt.com/news/local-new…

This decision is a victory for the rule of law and common sense. The Legislature wisely stated that state agencies should record biological sex at birth, and today the court held that the meaning of the law is clear.

Replacing lead pipes is good. The question is should Biden force you to spend up to $28K against your will to replace the lead pipes leading to and in your home. Biden isn’t paying for it. He’s ordering you to pay for it. Shouldn’t the choice be yours? The law doesn't allow it.

The proposed EPA rule would cost homeowners thousands. This is another example of unnecessary overreach by the Biden administration. Americans are already burdened by rising energy and utility costs and crushing inflation, and this proposal just adds insult to injury.
