Good morning- often very difficult to accept criticism but perhaps if it’s framed as feedback and reflection it is easier-
Important to receive it to grow though-
In my experience how you deliver feedback is as important as the message x ❤️

HeadteacherChat I have always stood by the fact that staff who feel valued can’t be ‘poached’
And what does that mean anyway?
They get asked if they want a job somewhere else and it’s more attractive than where they work currently?
It’s how the job market works surely?
