It’s amazing how they never write such statements about their people corrupting other countries.

At the end of the day it's you. It's you who has to make sure that you're okay. It's you who has to hold yourself. It's U who has to decided to keep going. Sure making some tea will make you feel okay but you really do have to make sure you're okay. You have to keep holding on.🤍

I think it's nice to have someone aware of your sensitivity and learn to handle your feelings gently, with patience and care. It can be incredibly comforting to show your vulnerability to someone and have them know how to respond with understanding and thoughtfulness.

I hope u will not start thinking less of urself just ‘cause this year u could not make much progress. I hope u will be proud of urself for still trying ur best. It was not easy fo u to make it even here and perhaps this year u have realized how powerful it is jus to hang in there
