Police are appealing for witnesses following a road traffic collision on the A52 in Bottesford.

Officers received a report at 10.21am this morning (Monday) following a report of a collision on the A52 Grantham Road at its junction with Belvoir Road.

Uppingham Youth Space is being hosted today by Alice, Mike and Nat from 3.15pm - 5pm at Uppingham Town Hall.

All 11-16 year olds welcome to come along to this safe space. Things to do include - food, drinks, crafts, games and table tennis.

We've received reports of quad bikes being ridden across the Oval in North Luffenham, causing damage. Anyone engaging in antisocial quad bike use will face a Section 59 warning, which means if the rider is caught a second time the police have the power to seize the vehicle.

We are receiving several calls regarding flooding at A6003 Manton Bridge which is virtually impassable, and reports of flooding in Langham. Please avoid. Prioritise safety, check your route, and refrain from driving through floodwaters to protect yourself and your vehicle.
