Twitter Web App : Kingsley I think you've answered your own question. Higher bonuses mean higher tax. Tax on wages is 40/45%. Tax on companies is 18% If Corporation Tax is zero, you don't need to worry about capital expenditure being deductible.

He should scrap corporation tax if he wants to get the economy going. This would create an investment boom and is by far the best way to grow the economy and would lead to higher tax revenues too through wages/dividends.
