what’s one wellness goal you are most passionate about rn?

i grew up in a loving two-parent household. that type of love did not prepare me for how nasty the world can be but it did make me extremely optimistic and hopeful.

people tend to think it’s all rainbows and butterflies but the world can be extremely disappointing in a way my two parent household could have never prepared me for.

what’s one wellness goal you’re focusing on the most rn?

soho house mexico city is a dream.

for the first time in my life i feel like i’m in the right place at the right time.

i have a theory that women with sisters approach friendships from a totally different space. more secure, more intentional and not afraid to be confrontational. the standards are much higher when you grow up with a built in friend.

today’s journal question: who has had the greatest impact on your life?

I’ve been succumbing to sugar cravings alllll week—have to try this

That boost of energy that lasts all day long is enough for me to take them.
