Apart from the folk that work on the plane and in the airport. Is there anyone actually working for you Aer Lingus ? You failed to deliver peoples bags over 24 hours ago and yet no one has had the courtesy to get in touch. You are a shambles and the season hasn't started yet.

A number of lost bags on flight from DUB to EDI today with Aer Lingus Humans are not involved with the recovery process and as such there is NO recovery process. Please Aer Lingus pull your finger out.
