Google's bald attempt to redefine 'privacy' is a flop. When users choose privacy, that gives rise to a legal expectation of privacy. Shocking.

Plaintiffs requested $5B in damages, but I'm more interested in injunctive relief: Incognito mode should not allow tracking. Full stop.
