Remembering Axel Anderson today

7/21/1922 - 9/14/1994

Anderson bought this 1955 Mercury in January 1955. In February he drove it from NY to Daytona Beach & finished 15th in the Grand National race. In September, he ran his 2nd GN race at Langhorne & totaled the car.
