Important data from Germany. Since February, the support for providing military support to Ukraine rose by 9% to 42%. The German leadership needs to factor in this and provide more support, especially air defense!

I discussed again today with Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba the EU efforts to accelerate military support to Ukraine, in particular air defence systems and ammunition.

I am reaching out to EU Member States to urge them to identify available equipment that Ukraine needs.

What the heck? Raytheon can produce one Patriot battery a month but it is currently only building five for Switzerland and is expecting 12 more orders (four from Germany, which hasn’t placed the order yet but will soon do so). Why did no one place orders for/with Ukraine???

Interesting! Apparently, Germany is working with #Ukraine and EU partners on setting up a special fund to purchase Patriot systems that are worldwide in service with different nations and deliver them to Ukraine.
