Interesting. Went back to read through NHS Confederation guidance that included advice to NHS Trusts to act unlawfully in response to some requests for single-sex care. Worst sections now taken out, but there is no note to say guidance been revised in light of fact it was badly wrong.

Well look at this. Amazing and it does feel like the tide is turning. Acknowledging Biological sex is very important to Lesbians as it clarifies sexual orientation, so thank you for being clear about that in your speech.
