Lia @ just gamin' I think it's tied to EXP gain with a ring equipped, the emblems giving more ofcourse. But I'm not 100% sure if there are other ways to farm it :/

Lia @ just gamin' Truth: I have only used the Switch in handheld, because the 3DS went away to make room for it and I wasn't going to get a main console that wasn't portable.
Lia @ just gamin' Sounds like you are well on your way. I would say the white wine vinegar is nicer for red onions but that is just my opinion, and I tend to eat those when I want that vinegar burst. It is fun to experiment with though!

Lia @ just gamin' With an emblem or bond ring equipped you get SP gain equal to gained EXP or half of it respectively, bond rings can be made in the ring Chamber accessible from the opposite side of the arena in the Somniel as well as imheritance
Lia @ just gamin' fortunately I'm yet to need much more then the 16 GB one I got, most rhings I could get for it is also on like PS4 or Steam now so it's basically just the P4 and PSP machine at this point
