Good to hear from Liz Truss. She wants to abolish UK Supreme Court because held Rwanda was not safe country. Court of Appeal took same view so they presumably should also be abolished. Presumably underlying principle is courts that find against government should be abolished.

Govt has to decide whether International Humanitarian Law is being broken by Israel. Govt know legal test, have been monitoring this question over months, will have factored in WCK killings last week and can explain their reasoning on application of legal test to facts. Now.
