My sincere condolences on Dick Phelan's passing. I learned a lot working for him, and admired his drive to make government more responsive to the people. A great lawyer and advocate, he left his mark on many of us. We have much to celebrate in the way he lived and served.

So excited to have been present for my friend, San Francisco Mayor London Breed's State of the City address. It was dynamic and inspiring, and laid out the path forward for the 'city on the rise.'
