As partners, we have worked diligently to assist in reshaping the make up of the state’s economy, one that is less dependent on growth and moreso anchored in innovation and exports. Gutting Arizona Commerce Authority will immediately thaw the market momentum we have worked hard to build. Greater Phoenix Economic Council

Later today, the AZ Senate Government Committee will consider an amendment to a bill that would dismantle Arizona Commerce Authority, Arizona’s lead economic development agency. HB2471 would halt our economic momentum, harm our reputation, & hurt rural communities the most.
