A new report from World Health Organization (WHO) shows how far we've come to make roads safer and save lives. But to meet our goal of cutting road deaths in half by the end of this decade, more governments need to take action.

Every minute more than 2 road traffic deaths occur. That's over 3200 per day.

23% of the yearly 1.19 million deaths are pedestrians.
