I was glad to see Vivek Goel identify the problem yesterday. Now we need to work on change. There are lots of people on-campus who study and are impacted by these issues and who can make suggestions.

The 'judicial process' is not the fucking target here. University of Waterloo needs to do better. Stop making the time and location of our classes publicly available. Start listening to people who tell you there's a problem.

This is absolute bullshit. This is the university failing to acknowledge the culture of violence targeting people on the basis of sex and gender. It is part of a broader culture of violence against women, against queer & trans people & against racialized & Indigenous people.
