Being told by the floor manager of the resolution team at easyJet that there’s a clause for 3rd party additions and how they can’t be used in conjunction with discount codes. Is there? NOPE absolutely ridiculous

Imagine receiving a voucher from easyJet (cancelled flight) you then book another flight, take the insurance THEY OFFER. Go to add the voucher on the payment page and money is automatically taken. WHAT COMPANY OFFERS AN INSURANCE THAT YOU CANT USE WITH THEIR DISCOUNT VOUCHERS!
