Enjoying Yunhyong Kim’s spotlights on student projects. The projects combine an element of fun with careful use of AI in an arts & humanities context. Very interesting to read about the human effort dedicated to ‘quality control’ and creative direction.
Last week I published in El Confidencial a story about an algorithm used in the prisons of Catalonia, Spain. The outcomes of this predictive system can define the future of any inmate and potentially infringe their rights.
