Those with student loans had to make on-time payments for 10 consecutive years AND commit to public service during that decade. In other words, these graduates weren't being given a handout, they were being incentivized to do public good. 4/

My concern is about ALL children's access to asthma medication. Why does your formulary include only nebulized inhaled corticosteroids (Pulmicort) or breath-actuated devices? There are no options for ICS inhalers for children under age 7 or who can't use breath actuated devices.
