For the 4th time this year, Haringey Council has cancelled a meeting with us at short notice. This time the excuse was staff being on leave.
They are desperate to avoid contact with us, because we don't like the sub-standard work they are offering for our extortionate bills.
We have released our special report into the London Borough of Haringey, uncovering a ‘culture of apathy’ at the landlord that has led to a distinct lack of ownership, accountability, and intrinsic motivation when handling complaints.

Haringey Council Peray Ahmet Haringey Labour Haringey Liberal Democrats 🔶 HaringeyLeaseholders Equans UK & Ireland Catherine West MP NLC - LEASEHOLD CAMPAIGNER - #reLEASE us Leasehold Knowledge Harry Scoffin Anna O'Neill So how much would it really cost the council to decant us? Apparently several void properties in #NoelPark are kept aside for decants, so we wouldn't exactly have been moved to hotels.
Which raises the question, why couldn't they build us new brick pods in the first place? (3/3)

And one resident has already been decanted for at least 3 weeks while builders dismantled his pod. Only the scaffolding remains (2/3)
For years Haringey Council told us it couldn't afford to build brick replacements for our old pods because it would have to decant us for weeks.
Instead we had to pay towards new temporary pods that would supposedly be craned in the same day as the old ones were craned out (1/3)
Tonight the tower is lit with 72 beams. A beam for every life lost, 72 months since the fire.

This lovely frothy effluent has been leaking through the Penstock Foot Tunnel for weeks now. Maybe Network Rail (it's coming from their land) would like to hurry up and finally get this sorted.
