The ag, energy, commerce omnibus passed the #mnhouse last night! The bill restores AGRI, makes new investments in soil health grants, expands the Farm to School program, invests in biofuels infrastructure, and more.

The tax omnibus just passed the #mnsenate ! The bill includes two of our legislative priorities this session:
✅ Allowing small farms to qualify for the Agricultural Homestead Tax Credit
✅ Providing additional support to Soil & Water Conservation Districts (SWCDs).
