We joined the Global Renewable Centre workshorp supported by Scottish Govt., Univ. of Strathclyde on sustainable energy which focused on financing mini-grids, solar ventures, remote monitoring, regulatory frameworks.

We met with Rev. Dr. Ken Jeffrey and Dr. Peter Mtika from Albadeen University at the National Planning Commission. They discussed their plans to establish a research partnership with the University of Livingstonia, aiming to facilitate staff and student exchange programs.

Attended a McConnell Int. Foundation seminar on global volunteering in Lilongwe, Malawi. Productive discussions with Corps Africa, UN Volunteering, Ministry of Labour, National Planning Comm., and VSO, shaping the Scottish Govt.'s volunteering framework.

At #COP28 the First Minister announced £324,900 for solar energy at 15 children’s operating rooms across Malawi, Zambia and Rwanda.

It will help an estimated 27,000 children to receive operations over the next 3 years.
