I had one of the most vivid dreams of my life last night. I was auditioning for a film and was just nailing it. In one scene, I even cried on cue. It felt so good, and the feedback floored me. Man, dreams are so weird.

One of my best friends from high school retired today after serving as a firefighter for more than 31 years in Whatcom County. Gary and his colleagues from District 7 responded whenever my family needed help. So grateful for the career you chose and the amazing man you are.

Anyone else go the @pubchoir show at the thecrocodile last night? It was my first experience. I was blown away. Total blast! 750 of us sang 3-part harmony to Whitney Houston's 'I Wanna Dance With Somebody.' Thanks Astrid Jorgensen and crew for a night that warmed my soul.
